How to Build a Value Proposition at Scale
If you want variety and consistently interesting projects, work for an agency. But hey, i don't think there's anything wrong with joining an agency or working for a new company every few months. There's nothing wrong with watineg to be stimulated at work. As a serious product designer, it's a path of delayed gratification. Just look at the length of r and d for products we love and provide massive economic value.
