The Rise of the Neoliberal Economy in the West
With the end of the Cold War, there was an effort to spread capitalism. The problem with that version of liberal economic order is that it's more unrestrained and ungenerous. That has consequences for areas just beginning to transition to market economies. It also allows more people to basically lose out or get left behind as globalization spreads further.
