Using Graphene to Build a Starship
Graphing has lots of great properties but three interests in particular, first it can make great liner for fuel tanks as hydrogen is prone to leaking out and also corroding things. Second, since we can make graphene into strong ultra thin sheets just an and wide, we can make huge sails that catch sunlight or laser beams. Third, a sheet big enough to cover every bit of our own planet would only weigh about 1200 tons versus trillions of tons for uniformly small asteroid.
