The Importance of Fun in Work

I think that, I mean, some of this comes back to like the idea that work should be fun. And we'd rather try to force it through like trickery. We don't come to work to play ping-pong. We come toWork to do cool stuff. You see this all over corporate America. People are motivate. It should be somewhat maybe fulfilling and not so well-shamed. That doesn't make any sense at all.
