Leaders often talk about not doing the appropriate story telling, or just talking about the mission. Story telling is so important for making that emotional connection with people. I found aidin at my people were really starting to understand the mission when i started to feel like i was sounding like a broken record. And then i would ask people what the mission is, and when they could play it back, and i felt they really understood it. It takes time to get there yet.
