Is It Overplayed?
The sport business analogy, is it overplayed? Sometimes yes. I think if you're interested in analogy as I am, you have to be alert to when the analogy doesn't hold. And sometimes sport can give us an insight there. It's not the case that every winning team has better team spirit. When culture is better, decisions are more likely to be good. Of course, occasionally going to get a good decision in a bad culture too.
