Making a Decision in the Moment
When making a decision, think about how it's going to feel a year from now. Great decisions don't come out of committees but rather someone who is on the hook for that decision. People aren't really comfortable with change most of the time and they're not ready when forced upon them. And we shouldn't dull ourselves into believing that this is actually a democratic thing.
