The next technique we're going to talk about is one that I've used a ton and it's visualizing. For me the most effective for me is visualizing a positive outcome in my early-monogamous days of being non anxious. And then honestly usually I get bored like five minutes into that 20 minutes and I'm like oh like no I'm just bored like I can't say I gotta go do something and that usually helps to break me out of it. The rescheduling thing  is kind of combined a little bit with the rescheduled thing a little bit because I also kind of visualize like this book is still there I can come back to it whenever I need
