Professor Frank is the Henrietta Johnson-Louis Professor of Management Emeritus at Cornell. He has an MA in Statistics and a PhD in Economics from UC Berkeley. His policy thing is that if people paid more tax at the higher end, so he advocates for a consumption tax. But relatively, people at the highest end of consumption are still able to buy much more stuff than people with less money.
