Hester Pierce's Dissent at the SEC
It's probably bad news for a bunch of projects to be honest with you the fact that they're starting to go after folks that are not overtly fraudulent. Hester Pierce has been disagreeing with the party line at the SEC for a while but she wrote a whole blog effectively stating that there's no real middle ground for some of these tokens. It's going to be interesting to see what would happen if Clayton is not there next year so I think all of this is very much in limbo at this point yeah.
