I don't think we can talk about chinese leadership without talking about china's belt and road initiative. And my question on that, is it the 20 first century version of the cold war? China casts a much wider net, and in terms of countries that it's working with,. if the developing countries, africa, middle east, latin america, southeast asia. Now, china's largess isn't free.
