The Importance of Fear in the War Front
I was surprised that this is over now, I would say. If you're a dictator of the country, the fear aspect is almost all you have. He's not ready for Progosian marching on Moscow and it went at least needed an emergency out to get away from that. The situation in the war front could be much more dire than letting arms at the moment in terms of manpower,.Yeah, that's the ploy. It looked like the people who were going to fight Progosion in martial Moscow were not going to be a regular Russian army. But certainly leaving the job half finished, if he lost his nerves, he might have to pay the consequences later.
