Aaron Carroll: I take it for granted that I should get in on early stages, if you will. One of our companies is a water company, coconut water, sparkling coconut water. A young man came to me with an idea. He had been working for some neurosurgeons as a researcher about the effects of the fat in coconut oil and how that helped prevent Alzheimer's. And he wanted me to be his partner. But I don't know how to run a business. So we kept tapping him back into direction to go down the right path.
