Do You Handle Being Too Hot or Too Cold?
I'm never going in the sauna and stuff like that because when it feels like my body's cooking, that's when I don't know. That's a much less pleasant experience for me than being a bit too chilly or something. Like your own, at least two minutes is what I do. But there's no easy fix when you're butt naked and hot at the same time. Exactly. And then after this, it's like, I'm actually dying. Yeah. You don't realize how like, yeah.
