How Do I Get Started?

When I see anywhere from one to 10 flowers blooming in my garden, dahlias blooming, I should say, I will have succeeded at my goal. And drinking. I'm not going to budge on it in terms of 75 days, but I can say, I's not going to have had a drink in 75 out of 90 days. Do you see how it helped me further refine what I'm going for? What's interesting about going through this exercise with you and working it out on this worksheet is I feel successful already. The more I'm refining my goals using this research, the more confident I'm becoming that I can actually do this. It's pretty cool
