Is Meditation Really Helpful?
The ancient yoga practice, you know, the limbs of yoga, I don't mean like the American strategy, Ben De Yoga taught that. You move from the gross to the subtle by first training the body, moving the body, getting that energy out. And then the breath is the second. So this works in the context of both an individual practice and helping them along a progression to where they can effectively meditate. First, you have to get the body to be healthy and back in balance. Because if they're overly stressed and not sleeping well, you know,. Then they're not meditating either.
