Donna Brazile: There's no way any criminal trial of donald trump could happen until 20 24 at the earliest. She says it already would be difficult enough for a prosecutor to convict him, even under normal circumstances. Beyond the court room, an indictment of trump after he declares his candidacy would provide him with a political bonanza she says. Brazile: By their delay, they've left the door open for trump when they could have slammed it long ago.
