Early Mature Girls in Girls Sports
The effects of early maturation are different for both boys and girls. In sports such as football, it's all largely dominated in terms of looking at boys. Tennis is one of the few girls sports where we actually do also see a selection bias towards early maturing. We have however introduced it with US soccer in girls and it appears to have equal benefits for the girls in US soccer as well.
