The Boulevard of Broken Dreams

Ventura boulevard is definitely the boulevard of broken dreams not sunset. We thought bands made it that hadn't even been signed yet because they lived in Hollywood. If you're on that side of the hill You're still somehow in the game. It's easy just to be like a rich kid or some jackass A&R guys set signs them because they're famous. That doesn't work for me and I can smell it a mile away when they come into my office.
