The RCMP are accused of failing to conduct a basic investigation before they close the case on this suspect. The complaint accuses the Mounties of bias. They asked one of the complainants again and again, would she take a polygraph test to prove that she wasn't lying? 11 times. And then it gets even wilder. It turns out that the Mountie who was assigned to investigate this corporal Mackey, his boss had a noteworthy connection to the powerful man accused.
