The Different Components of Energy

There's all sorts of things going on in your daily energy expenditure that we don't have a great way to measure. Even just the basal metabolic rate itself fluctuates throughout the course of the day in a kind of circadian way. We can do pretty easily physically activity, and then you've got these other things that we've talked about. Do you want to just go through, because I know you talk about immune, you know, reproduction just can you just talk a little bit about the different components that go into the energy.
