In some cases, things went backwards. experiments were going well, and then they just didn't work at all. That made me feel a bit kind of cringe asking those questions, ye. And i think maybe just to add a counterpoint to richard and carey's experience. You know, for me, if they had gotten a really solid paper out within three years of starting and lab from scratch, i would have been kind of surprised, actually.
