Milrenone is a phosphodiesterase 3 inhibitor. Dubutamine and isoprotarenol can cause arrhythmias. High doses of norepinephrine can really have significant side effects. You don't want to just say anyone who has low blood pressure should get this vasopressor, you need to know what's going on.
