We are a chronically sleep-deprived society, we're now going through a mental health epidemic. One in four people in the UK now in any given year are going to be diagnosed with a mental health problem. I think there's clearly an intimate relationship between our mental health and our sleep health. It makes me think as a doctor, you've mentioned already type 2 diabetes, heart disease, mental health problems, depression and anxiety.
