The most difficult part is to deploy this machine learning model on the shop floor and then retrain this model. This is something that we call machine learning at the edge. Normally, at the edge, you don't have powerful machines. You have simple computers or simple boards. So by simplifying or optimizing the model, you can understand there are different techniques. One common technique is to reduce the size of the model by quantizing it.
