Is a Stress ECG a Good ECG Screening Tool?

The most common available tool is an ultrasound in echo or echocardiogram of the heart. A stress ECG would be something that would be more diagnostic there's a couple exceptions to that like for instance in Italy their screening protocol has a sort of a moderate exertion bite ECG where they look for premature ventricular contractions and other potential ventricular rythmias. There are two important entities that are missed by ECG screen one of them is an almost coronary arteries which is our most common cause of sudden cardiac death in again you know young adolescents.
