Overusing a pre can actually be detrimental. Then you're going to become acclimated to it. And then it fucks up your RIR. I think that for a peri workout stuff, probably a little more important overall when you're dieting becomes a little bit more important. When you're in a surplus, you can get away with a lot of shit.
