The only institution that can create more actual dollars is the federal reserve, not the banks. The fed inserts new dollars in order to sustain an existing amount of debt and existing amount of credit. That credit cannot be repaid, the market crashes. And this will happen until the end of the dollar a ina into perpetuity, until the dollar hyper inflates.
