The Hardening of the Dollars

After O'Voldy, the Safer Communities Act was passed. It actually protected Second Amendment rights, but it had dollars out there to harden schools. But on the hardening of the dollars, I got a call from my Louisiana State School Superintendent. He said we can't use the money toharden schools. That's not right. And how long ago is this? Well, that was probably about six months ago. So they clear it up and now they're going to use it for if not for that.
