Is the War for Talent Just Never Ending?

Is the so-called war for talent just never ending? And will it just be with us for the next 10 or 15 years? I think what's going on is more subtle and it's really about deep mismatches, skills match matches and then geographic mismatches. The velocity with which things are happening now makes it very, very difficult to sort of keep up. There has been an arms race in terms of what companies are willing to do to attract workers. Among younger workers there's far more willingness to hop from one place to another.
