The Supreme Court's Review of the Federal Administrative Judge's Decision

Tommy Berry: An ALJ is an employee of a federal agency who does not have to abide by many ethical or legal standards. He says there's a serious separation of powers problem because they work for the very agency that decided to essentially prosecute Mr. Burgess. Berry: I think the Supreme Court is moving in the direction of enforcing more broadly the Seventh Amendment right.
