Morton's Neroma
Morton's neroma is actually a misnomer. It gets caught between all the little ligaments and the bones down in that air of the foot. You're taking the foot and jamming it into a narrow tow box, whether it's dress shoes for men or ski boots,. And it thickens as it runs between, usually the second toe space, but it could also be the third. Those are the most commonplaces for morton's Neroma. If the pain is in the first or the fourth, it's unlikely to be a morton's nerdoma. This is one that does occasionally get treated with sterroid injection, i believe.
