I don't think sub domains ever the answer. I've never liked sub domains personally. To me it's like almost part of the brand that George is as and Sainsbury's not as in a this is so cool because it's from Sainsburys. So I guess my decision for me wouldn't be primarily like an SEO one. If I had to make a choice, I would probably leave it under Sainsbury’s would be my thing.
