What Happens if China Steps Up Support for Russia?
There isn't evidence that a chinese companies or banks are really going out there to help russia evade sanctions. I think they're very much worried about their own economic bottom lines. There's been sort of a, they've been trying to be very careful to avoid secondary sanctions on themselves. And so i think this is a point that the bidon administration has beena trying to make to the chinese,. That if they provide any sort of material support rus, especially a military support, that they should not expect to go scot free.
