The Challenges of Working With Introverts

I think there's definitely an increase in situations where it's let's all go into a room, let's kind of freestyle some ideas and try and be creative. But those types of situations which are incredibly common are just dominated by a certain types of individuals. You need to understand individuals and make sure that it gets the best out of them. There is a danger that we've moved into a world in the asset management industry where we just have tons of meetings, tons of group meetings that doesn't get the best from introverts.
