Meditation and the Nature of the Mind
There are themes of like accepting any thought that arises in in strands of meditation. And I think that that is basically being universal in practice. It is if we are universal that means it is the nature of our minds to be able to thinking any thought. To be able to think any thought means we should allow ourselves to be that way. Yeah, so but that said, I think it is worth highlighting how different meditation teachers and practices teach sort of different. Emphasis and different different practices because I think some do lean in the, in the direction of relativism and some can lean in thedirection of foundationalism.
