Fitness function is the idea of specifying exactly who you want to be. You can use this on timelines, two or three years into the future and even months in the future. I'm actually using this form of visualization to see myself at a certain checkpoint in a certain situation. And once you see it in that level of specificity, it could be having a certain amount of money in your bank account. It could be you literally being on a stage or you whatever it is. You being in a certain place, doing something pivotal. This is very powerful.
