Corinna Gray's Inquest of Brit Laptorne

Brit-Laptorne arrived by bus to Club Fuego with a group of backpackers. She was last seen in the club between 3 and 3.30 am on September 18, 2008. Her remains were located 18 days later in Bononovo Bay on October 6, 2008. The coroner acknowledged that while there were several deficiencies in the initial treatment of Brit's disappearance, the Brovnik police had since exhausted all available avenues during their ongoing investigations. Dubrovnik law enforcement have since conceded it was highly unlikely that Brit Laptorn took her own life, or voluntarily entered the waters of BononovoBay prior to her death.
