I think there's a lot of real estate agents that have a massive following on TikTok and it will feed your ego. I'm just not sure if it's feeding your bank account. You've never obviously seen a market like that we're going through now. In terms of the shift that's happened, 50% less sales at the time of this recording were,. you know, end of February, early March 2023, 50% fewer sales. Values in a lot of areas have come down. But we're in this weird time, like at this time of the recording where some areas are getting multiple offers but they're different than two years ago.
