How to Create a Rejection Scenario

When you experience big emotions related to rejection, whether real or perceived, I really want you to validate them. Don't tell yourself you're being stupid. Some of you need new people. You might want to go back and listen to the relationship series that I did last summer. In those relationships, you're going to experience a lot of rejection. That is not your fault but it is your responsibility to make sure that you are in safe relationships with people who know you and love you and accept you.
