Is This a Stock Bubble?
The housing bubble led to the biggest recession since the great depression in the 19 thirties. We had just been through the stock bubble, and bubbles collapsing when they're driving economy have serious repecutions. It's not easy to replace that demand. So i was very convinced at that point that we had a bubble. And of course, the bubble kept growing, kept growing away longer than i would haveex edin,. large part because we had such bad financing.
