How to Differentiate Between OCD and Paranoia
The driving force for OCD is first and foremost, this idea of trying to put out the emotional fire of anxiety as opposed to more of a jealousy. With OCD, obviously there is no effort. There is no point at which they become satisfied. It's an endless seeking of this emotional distress relief that there is no kind of end to. And also, you typically see a repeated pattern, people with this type of OCD, they're brain and at some point in the relationship starts again unpack this pattern of distress for their partner.
