Woody Harrelson's character, Carson Wells in the hospital he's tracked Llewell and to the hospital. He basically tells him about Shagur and why he should be worried and Llewell just can't get past the name he calls him sugar. I think there is this kind of waffling about moss whether he's really competent but you also get the sense that okay this is something like the sheriff he's never seen before right even though he has no idea he has no conception of it.
