The Supreme Court Isn't in Charge of Everything, I'm Worried About That.
Sotomayor dropped several pictures in her opinion of like these very public prayers that a high school coach was giving. So again, not only did the court hand down this decision where they said that potentially any constitutional right is in danger, they appear apparently are not moved by photographic evidence of what the facts of particular cases are. What I'm worried about is just the court seems to want to reach certain results and it doesn't seem to care how it gets there.
