The modern creation movement is really dated to the 60s. Morris was the co-founder of the Creation Research Society in 1963. And then in 1970, the Institute for Creation Research. The real things that I got motivated to argue about and against were kind of based out of flood geology which isn't like a real legitimate field of study.
