The word landlord and the word developer to really horrible words in our popular culture. I don't use the L word, you know, purposefully because I think it doesn't kind of convey what we're really talking about here. My advice is just drive towards what what makes you happy. Know what that is. And line yourself with the right people and organizations that share your values. It's a long game. Just make the long term investments have patience.
