How Much Should You Bulk?

How often, how long and how large of a magnitude should a bulk be? The simplest approach would be Yobo. You basically start your lifting career. You bulk up until you have all the lean mass you'd ever want. Then you cut to the body fat. But that takes some very serious long-term investment. If you're starting with 60 kilos of lean body mass and you're like, yeah, minimum, I'd really be happy with is like 90, then you might be in for some tough sledding.
