With my mother's house, we did something beautiful with nothing. By then you starting to think like a business person. Youvestarted to tell that to your client. N ther like yot for sure makes torte sense. We can see that the profered margins for that are a lot moreten than any consultancy in architecture. And so now people are understanding, at least in this region, that architects are not a luxury that rich people an o ore can afford. But actually paying for an architect they can use with the same budget, they can do something better. Thus they can rent for more, they can sell for more.
