i think it's a little understandable. Think of how you must feel as the guy who actually draws micky mouse. Ub eyeworks had been a really faithful friend. And walt couldn't believe that he'd betray him like this. But ub was tired of being in walt's shadow. i don't know if arnsorken was doing that on purpose, but to me, it's one of those eerie compare-and-conversations.
