How Do You Assess White Fragility in Anti Racism?

White privilege is a reality. Unlike whiterint unlike wite fragility, there is evidence that whites do have certain privileges that are society that's unspoken of. White vragility can be a stifle i' i've seen a how it's used to stifle conversations rather than to allow them to happen. Research shows that talk about why privilege does not necessarily make people more accepting of marginalized whites. And so if we talk about white privilege in a bad way and in a d functional way, we actually will create less sympathy for marginalized people.
